Thanks Polly! Just had that realisation earlier and it stung a bit. But you have to face these things and work thru them. It's been a strange 24 hours, a lot of things to 'work through', a series of 'things' coming up...

Will get some much needed rest and get some family time. Not looking forward to my 9 hour drive though to get to my home town. But ask me again in October. Birthday and planning a vegas trip baby.

one of my sisters is experiencing this .. its hard to watch ..its taken her 2 years to realise her love for him and that its too late .. healing ..

Wow....thank you very much to you all folks....Your collective consciousness has made the much needed difference i like to believe ........The pain is much better now since morning.....i have been advised to take Mobizox -a muscle relaxant and ofcourse i'll try the steam bath
