ohhh sorry this is late .. hope you are alright rory and im sure Norman will stay close to you as spirit (by the way im loving the name Norman for a hamster ) . also i think Holly needs an intervention order is what they call it here in Aussie. especially if his behaviors are escalating . these situations are never safe , can she stay somewhere else where he doesnt know she is for a few weeks until his immediate behaviors die down and bit . she needs to talk to the domestic violence people about what to do , she may be able to stay in a type of shelter to get help and remain safe for the now. i will send her healing and strength.also healing for Norman in the area of spirit progression. xxxxx

Thanks so much Rana Holly is now in another flat and he doesn't have her address, so she should be OK in that respect. I actually feel a bit better about it now, the more time passes the more I think he'll have come to realise that it's a hopeless cause and there's no going back. There's surely only so long you can bombard someone with messages and emails without response before you give up! But I'm going to keep sending the positive, protective energies. She's doing much better, thanks for asking. I think the ex has finally realised that it's a lost cause and although she's still slightly concerned about encountering him, she's moved on herself and says that for the first time in 5 years (the time she was with him) she feels happy and, above all, free! So really pleased for her and really appreciate all the help and support of you guys
