how do we really heal our demons? not by trying to slay them or fight them or suppress or judge them.
instead we embrace them lovingly with attention and care, as we would a crying infant. we tame them. we bring love to the places of ‘darkness’; and kindness, care and understanding.

Some days the going just seems tough, the energies seem thick and murky and it's like you're wading through thick mud. Keep on going anyway. Clear out the mental diet (negative media in particular, as well as negative thoughts and mind-stories) and just be in the mud, taking one step at a time. Learn to celebrate the mud. Love the mud!
