HA! Actually it was indoors ... minus the jump-rope! I've been doing Jillian Michael's '6 pack in 6 weeks' and her '30 day shred (level 3)' workouts which are 'self-contained' workouts for the past several weeks, and have discovered that jump-ropes can be done without jump-ropes!

All of you busy peeps... I remind myself how each path is unique to the life of the individual. No one any more or less than any other. Yet there are still times I miss the 'busy-ness'.
