Strange Rumbling Noise Being Heard Around the World?

I have heard this very noise during the day and at night ... (as a matter of fact I heard it about a week and half ago at night ... it
actually woke me up) .... needless to say it is a rather creepy noise to hear when fully awake let alone being woken up by from a deep slumber ... it leads me to think that the ol' U S guv'ern'minty is up to something (again) that we 'sheep' are unaware of .... (excuse my lack of trust and allegiance to the country I happen to be dwelling in)

Also ... the duration of time and moving direction(s) varies ... but most often it lasts for more than 5 minutes and is continuously loud ...

Hadn't heard anything in this area (Iowa, USA) even close to what was recorded in the video. And I'm certain I would have noticed something like that. It is extremely unusual, and I thank you for sharing it Myst.
To my knowledge nothing in nature makes such noises without an apparent source cause. Especially considering the proximity of the noise to the people recording it.

This event (this noise) is quite potent. It has remained simmering on the back burner of my mind's stovetop since I first watched the video.
I have not heard this in person. Part of me wants to. I am always amused when something inexplicable occurs and "the powers that be" trip all over themselves trying to come up with lame explanations.

Alex and I go outside to smoke and have heard the exact same noise. At first we thought it was just the wind, but too loud and then thunder but no and call us weird but we believe it is something to do with a UFO. Late at night we will see a 'star' but it turns red and moves to different parts of the sky on different days but the same time. So on Monday we see east of our home and then Tuesday at the same time it is north of our home and some nights it is not even there. I have also heard some very scary loud screams in the wee hours of the morning. We live in Northern Michigan and know the screams are not any animal that we have knowledge of. My friends have heard the screams also. Something is going on and it is big. I feel that something is going to happen like another natural disaster, no idea where or when. Just have this feeling that something is coming. I am glad to know that others have heard the rumbling too!

Strange Noise Report:

Heard at 9:07pm US East Coast Time. Off to the South over Long Island Sound/Long Island/Atlantic Ocean ... came on quickly, lasted for 30 secs or so ... and then nothing.

Methinks because of being in the vincinity of a sub base and a sub building company ... those noises are more frequent than in other places ... it's not your standard jet noise, but I think it's jet activity!

Oh wait a minute ... it's back!! I can hear it again ...

Have not seen the red 'star' for the past few days, but have heard the rumbling and this time there was no wind to blame it on. I used to love being outside at night but of late I am actually scared, stupid I know but the feeling will not go away!
Oh Michael you are so right about living in a ufo hot spot. I have placed an energy barrier around myself, Alex our cat and the whole property so that no one or Being can enter if they mean to do harm. It is very effective, all the negative individuals that used to come by have stopped.

One suggestion I've seen is that this is the result of the HAARP facility experiments (Clicky). Not entirely sure, as I'm doubtful the emplacement has the technological expertise required for such a wide-ranging area effect.

HI and welcome Exeon I know the HAARP project has been linked with a lot of anomalies that have occurred worldwide such as the major bird and fish kills in the USA.......food for thought.

Thanks for the welcome As I said, I'm doubtful the HAARP installation is related (although I accept that I may well be wrong) to this incident. The equipment they're currently using isn't a high enough marque to produce the effects often attributed to them.

I'll see if I can find a decent place to introduce myself.

Hello all! AS you may have guessed I am new here. I have been reading this thread and am intrueged, a few nights back I heard a noise. I was sitting watching TV at about 9:00 or so in the evening. Out of the blue I heard a loud rumbling noise, the only way I could describe it would be to say that it sounded like a cross between a deep base speeker and a whales song. It gave me a very creepy feeling! I actually had not really given it a thought but one of my sons said, "hey have you seen the video on youtube called Strange noise heard worldwide?" I watched some of the videos and that is exactly what I heard!! I live in Northern Nevada and am way out in the country, there are no facilitys around that could create such a noise. I must say, it makes me a bit nervous. I have no clue what it is or was but I am trying to find out anything I can!

Yes, there has been a fervour of activity within the last 24 hours about these strange rumbling noises people are hearing coming from the sky.

There are many theories as to what might be causing it; 1. the weaking of the magnetic field, 2. with the Sun and Planets have entered a part of the Milky Way that is rich in cosmic dust and winds, 3. it could be galactic superwaves that for some reason resonate with the Earth into an audible stage, or 4. the list goes on with possibilities ...

Haha! Yes, That is exactly how I found you! By total accident, but I am very glad I did! It is weird for sure. I guess we could sit here all day and speculate on what it is or isnt. The bottum line is....what do YOU believe. What do you want to believe. I have no clue what were dealing with here but I will say that what ever it is.....it's weird!

Well, it certainly is weird ... my instinct says it's magnetic field related, though it's hard to believe we as human beings would hear something like that ... but I'm open to whatever it may be.

Welcome Voodoo....my own feeling it that it is the earth grumbling and groaning. As our Mother goes through her 'birth pains' trying to put things to right, she rumbles and growls....although I am quite happy to accept other points of view.
