Dear Jordan, i know the loneliness you feel because i have felt it ..then i feel good once again until that feeling returns , you are feeling disconnected to your purpose ,disconnected to this earth ,disconnected as a soul being ..please know that although you feel lonely at present your soul is still connected to this earth ,connected to this universe ..your senses are only overwhelmed by noise from your environment,noise when your ego speaks in your head,noise from the past,noise from any worries,noise from selfish people .. but you are still connected .. just feeling "cheated" .. it is my darkest moments of loneliness that i have reconnected again and again each time, that i have understood the opposite of what emotion it is i feel , if you are feeling cheated ,for whatever reason,can you try to feel the opposite of that ..maybe imagine what that can feel like in this moment .. just for a minute.. i dont want to sound like a broken record here on the MW but go to nature,go out into a park,climb a tree somewhere ,private,sit on a beach or sit in a backyard ..close your eyes and shut out ALL the noise and listen to nature ..listen to what it is singing to YOU yes YOU ,because it IS YOU ..and it is listening to you ..your breath ..let your soul not feel alone ..because you are not ..you are only feeling alone. you are the keeper of your thoughts ,you control them ..think until you find the answer to this riddle .. think until you come up with the answer to your question my friend ..and we are all here also ..xx and we appreciate you. i realised a while ago that i thought everyone understands lonliness ,sure who hasnt ? but there are people who have never felt lonely ,ever ! how beautiful is that as adults never to have felt alone , you are feeling a powerful emotion right now ,and you WILL touch souls with a lonely soul or reach out now to a lonely soul and help them feel whole again because you know how it feels,you know what is needed . find what it is you need to fulfill that loneliness xx
