'Silly'.
Growth Through Adversity
Mixture...of happy and sad. Happy to see new faces finding their way to us here and sad in that one of my colleagues has lost his job due to the economic downturn.....methinks its a slippery slope...............
Well Im sure the Universe will have something in mind for me should the worst happen....
Hmm...guess the word then really should be ...philosophical
Reflective ...... the Universe in the form of a total stranger asked me today if I was miserable .... so I am reflecting on that this rainy evening ...?

Absolutely stunned ... at a medical bill ... (which we just, just received today!!)
$1,483.80 for the 8 stitches that it took to mend Paul's cut thumb on Oct 14th and 'they' aka the medical system expects it to paid by 12/4 ..... I mean really 'What The **** .... !?!'

OMG......When I saw this I was speechless!! That's awful. Surely they must have made some kind of mistake? Please check into that! My mother looked into getting the costs of getting a private healthcare operation earlier this year, something that involved hospitalisation and that was only about £800 (no sure how much that would be in dollars). 8 stitches?! Did they have to charter a private jet to fly a specialist in from another country to do the stitches?! I'm truly shocked. And to think the Republicans are dead against people getting any kind of help with their healthcare, it's disgusting.
Big hug Honey - and please check up on the cost!
I can re-arrange those words into this ... 'Republicans are dead people ... they just haven't been buried yet!' (a spin-off of my Dad's words ... more-or-less)
I know it makes me sick to the stomach and demented in the mind to think about it ....
So, thank you for your HUGS dearest!

Empathetic... I feel empathetic after reading about that maddening medical charge.
Honestly, medical costs for individuals are one of the prevailing stressors in contemporary life.
What makes such ridiculous monetary charges even harsher is that they come after some sort of illness, condition, or accident, which, by itself, was likely physically stressful and mentally anguishing.
There's a moment in life when one realizes who is important, who is no longer important who has never been an important and who will always be...actually is no need to worry for those left in the past because there is a reason why they will never be in our future
